The OR1 Bar Keeper is the best way to keep all those rack bars from dangling, jangling and catching on gear in your pack. It quickly secures them together in a colorful Cordura cover. A small side release buckle on a strap cinches the bars together, then the Cordura cover is secured with velcro around the bars.
