Released by the Vertical Section of the NSS (National Speleological Society) which gives an excellent introduction on how to ascend a rope using the Frog, 3-Knots, Double Bungie, Mitchell and Texas Climbing Systems. Important aspects of each systerm are described including how to use them in a safe and efficient manner. Comparisions are drawn and each system is well demonstrated to show it’s pros and cons.
An excellent video to watch for new vertical cavers or before you climb rope for the first time.
