Petzl ASAP LOCK KIT US with ASAP’SORBER 20

The ASAP LOCK KIT fall-arrest kit is a pre-assembled and ready-to-use system. It includes an ASAP LOCK mobile fall arrester, an energy absorber, and a Bm’D TRIACT-LOCK carabiner with CAPTIV positioning bar. This kit is also available with an ASAP’SORBER 40 (B071DC01) or an ASAP’SORBER AXESS (B071DC02).

Kit Includes:

• (1) ASAP LOCK Mobile Fall Arrester
• (1) ASAP’SORBER 20 Energy Absorber
• (1) Bm’D TRIACT-LOCK Carabiner with CAPTIV Positioning Bar

Mobile fall arrester for rope:

• Stops falls and uncontrolled descents that exceed two meters per second
• Blocks on the rope even if grabbed during the fall
• Works on vertical, horizontal, or angled rope
• Compatible with ropes 10 to 13 mm in diameter
• Toothed wheel is effective on a variety of rope conditions

Compact and easy to use:

• Easy to install and remove at any point on the rope
• Moves up or down the rope without any manual operation
• Safety catches make the device easy to install and remove from the rope
• Connection arm makes the system drop resistant when passing intermediate anchors
• Integrated LOCK function allows the user to immobilize the device to reduce the potential fall distance and keeps the rope from being blown upwards in very windy conditions
