1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the On Rope 1 App (the “App”) that integrates with Intuit Payments, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
On Rope 1 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for connecting your purchases through the On Rope 1 website to Intuit’s payment services.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or disassemble the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
- Reproduce, redistribute, or sublicense the App;
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the App or the Intuit services it connects to.
4. Integration with Intuit Services
This App is developed independently by On Rope 1 and uses Intuit’s APIs to process payments. All payment processing and related financial services are handled by Intuit. Your use of those services is subject to Intuit’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. On Rope 1 does not control or accept responsibility for Intuit’s services.
5. Data Privacy
The App may transmit transaction data to Intuit solely for payment processing purposes. On Rope 1 does not collect or store payment information such as credit card numbers. By using this App, you consent to the sharing of relevant data with Intuit for the purpose of processing your transactions.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App remain the exclusive property of On Rope 1. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. On Rope 1 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Rope 1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or payment processing failures resulting from the use of the App.
9. Termination
On Rope 1 may terminate this Agreement and your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the App.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
