Helmet check!
The Boreo is an ideal helmet for the cheap caver, like me! The Boreo helmet has large ventilation holes to keep my head from sweating so much. The padding on the front-inside of the helmet is thick enough that my forehead never gets sore, no matter how long of a cave trip I take. Over time and with excessive use the paddings inside the helmet eventually broke off the helmet but its nothing that a little super glue cant fix! The only con that I can think to mention is that the ventilation holes are large enough to capture rocks. Its fun to see what kind of rocks hitchhiked on your helmet when you get out!
